NIGHTLY RATES from $105.00 to $115.00
HOLIDAY RATE $125.00

The 13% Florida Hotel/Motel taxes will be added to all rates. All rates are subject to change.

We ALWAYS offer a DISCOUNTED Rate on stays of 14 nights or Longer.

An initial $200.00 deposit and signed Rental Agreement is required to confirm and reserve your booking. A refundable Security Deposit is required for all stays.

Check IN time is 4:00 p.m. Keys are available on property!
Check OUT time is 10:30 a.m.

Stays of 5 nights or Less will be Charged a $75.00 Cleaning Fee.

We have tried to make your vacation stay seem as if you were in your owm home. Our home is "self cataering" and is stocked with soap, toilet paper and garbage bags upon your arrival, however, replacement of these items during your stay is your responsiblity.

Our Management Company is available 24 hours a day for your questions while you are vacationing in our home.

On Stays of 7 nights or more we supply a FREE "Welcome Pack" of Groceries to start you off on your vacation. (Not available during "Special Rates")

FREE - Use of Baby Pack n Play Bed, and High Chair if requested at time of your booking.

FREE - Use of Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Skate Park and Children's play area at our Beautiful Lakeside Estates Park.
